you mean default PC fonts??? its a registry key...

To change the default system font:

1. open regedit

2. navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindows NT

CurrentVersionFontSubstitutes

3. change the values in "MS Shell Dlg" and

"MS Shell Dlg 2" to Lucida Grande (or some other substitute)

4. restart
