[help] IPFW confiuration

Can Mac OS X's built in firewall (ipfw) block all outgoing AND incoming communication except for explicitly allowed programs? how could I set this up?

Answer... yes... sort of. The built-in firewall is configurable, but not as much as say a full blown firewall programs.

That being said, just go into System Preferences and select Sharing.

Click on the Firewall tab... the rest should be pretty self explanitory.

It's not to complicated.
