[question] cpu use between YZshadow and WinFX? before buying

Hello, can someone tell me what the difference in cpu use is for Yz shadow and WinFX? I am planning on buying the WinFX. Thank oyu

well if you just want it for the shadow i would go with yz but fx has a hole lot of more stuff to customize your desktop pretty cool actualy

To be perfectly honest, I only use WinFX for two things : shadows and maximise to a particular screen area.

Resource usage is comparable with YzShadow and works nicely with WB and Objctbar. If you turn on all the other animations, your machine will probably be slower than a turtle

Sorry to bump this thread, but I want to mention that WindowFX is hardware accelerated where YzShadow is not.

YzShadow doesn't go well with Objectbar. It doesn't show any shadows and the opened windows go to the FAR LEFT of the screen (to the point that the window isn't movable anymore). How about yours?
