[help] Mac mini Ram

Dont know much about mac hardware, but I was thinking about getting the mac mini, and upgrading the ram on it myself to 1GB. Ive read in Macworld that it uses PC2700 RAM.

My question is..

Does it use the same type of DDR PC2700 RAM that would be used in a regular Windows Pc box?

It can use either...

PC2700 or PC3200 Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM)

Just in case it helps, I need to warn you that a Mac Mini only has 1 ram slot. You will need 1 1024MB stick rather than 2 512MB sticks, etc.

My G5 uses PC2700 (DDR333) yet i installed 2x512 PC3200 (DDR400) without problems, sure, they will be used as 2700 ram, but thats ok...

BTW: My ram of choice is cheap, good, works with macs and it is modest ;) (www.goodram.pl)
