[help] Language Packs for Windows

does any1 know how i could install or download language packs for windows? so i can easily translate japanese, chinese, etc... something that could auto translate the text in a site or sumthing.. TIA

I do have Chinese and Japanese fonts on my PC, since I live in HK - but I can't read more than a smattering of words

Edit : The localised versions of Windows XP come with language packs on a second CD. I expect these language packs should also be available for download on the Microsoft website. The most common fonts which contain the most widely used words are MS Mincho and MS PMincho for Cantonese / Mandarin characters. Plenty of freeware Japanese fonts are also available for free download.
