You are referring to the jaggy edges there? No way to get rid of those unfortunately, component windows (like the PL, ML, video, etc) do not support desktop alpha-blending and will always appear jaggy if they have curved edges.
It's Avalon by Koregraphic and unless I'm very much mistaken, I have seen him around here.

The screenie on his website shows a similar anomaly. The image has not been perfectly cropped because it has curved edges and I expect this anomaly is accentuated by your usage of a striped wallpaper
