It's part of WaterWorld from Iconbase.com. It includes some really cool icons!

Yeah but they aren't meant for personal use. And there are other ways to get those 618 icons.

Hurry… take the picture you posted and Photoshop real fast… open, and take away the gray background… then save it… but don’t be slow about it… you know those icons can be quick little buggers… then convert it to .ico before it runs away from you!
