I am a total **** when it comes to flash. Nevertheless, I am trying to create a webpage with a header made partially in flash. It seems lika quite a simple task but I can't figure out how to do it.
The thing is: I have a header background done by myself in Photoshop. (See the link)
See the stars on the image? I want them to twinkle softly. How the heck do I accomplish such a thing?
Do you have ANY experience whatsoever with Flash? Do you know how to create multiple frames?
If not, I suggest finding another way.
If so, lengthen the stars (just the stems) as well as playing around with the opacity.
Try reading some tutorials as well. Can't think of any sites off the top of my head...just Google.
