It's an oldie by real world standards but in short... yes.
The CPU specs are based on what was available at the time.
You can acutaly put in any PIII Xeon that uses a 100 MHz FSB.
Here are all the supported operating systems.

I have a few more questions though. WHats the model name of the mobo, and how are
are all those cpus cooled ? You see what i wanna do is put 8 900 mhz cpus in this and
have 7.2 ghz in total, if i overclock them each by a tiny bit Ill have 10 Ghz but like i said
i need to know how its cooled. THen i jam all this into a barebone case and but 2 of those
1 TB toshiba Hard drives into it 8-) Also, what are the options for putting graphics
cards and stuff in this ?
By the way how fast would this be ? cause even if it 10 ghz
it uses really outdated technology and doesnt have anything
like hyperthreading and stuff so what would the performance
really be like ?
The CPU's are air cooled.
The motherboard is not an off the shelf piece.
It's custom made by IBM for this server.
No HyperThread support. No support for additional graphics cards.
It has 14 PCI slots, but you cannot change the default video source.
This is a server, not a workstation.
As for performance, unless you are running and OS and applications that are SMP aware, there would be zero performance gains.
