[help] WindowsFX and maximising to specific size

I have been using WindowsFX for a while now to make my windows maximise to a specific size so that it maximises just above my dock. But recently, when I minimise the window, then reopen the window, the window moves up and the top bar of the window goes behind the task bar! (my task bar is at the top). Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?Or know of a similar software that does the same job without the problems I have been experiencing?

Ok these are my settings for window maximise and I'm running at 1024 X 768, so you might want to change these settings to suit your needs.

Width 1024, Height 690, PositionX 0, PositionY 10. This gives me a nice view of my taskbar shadow and stays clear of my dock at the bottom too.

Prior to switching to WinFX however, I used a little freeware app called xBar 1.6 to achieve this. It's available at the bottom of this page : http://methodik.pixelarmy.org/doku.php
