What is the software stefanka uses ?

I'm new here and i love this very good forum where i learn a lot a very interesting things so i wish to thanks admin and ppl here who help ****s like me.

I saw this screen and i wonder which software stefanka uses to create the toolbar with "Programme Games System" ??

I searched on google and some websites but i don't find the answer of this toolbar which permit to launch menus with shortcuts to software. Some people talk about KKmenu with Y'Zdock but can i do some submenus with Y'Z Dock ?

From his description, I'd assume that he's using Rainmeter to do it.

Since it's stephanka, I'd like to think that he's talking about more than the little meter on the left.

A Samurize config using the ConfigRegion plugin by uziq could easily do this though.

Maybe SysStats with AveDesk, but I'm not to experienced with SysStats.

We'll just have to wait and see though. BTW, why is this in the wallpaper section?

The sub-menu can be easily created by using a different region of a config to be triggered, as sketching so rightly points out above. The individual buttons show different parts of the config, while hiding the other sections.

You don't need any special menu-creating plugins for the menus - they are simply images with linked meters pointing to shortcuts / files to be run.
