don't know if it's illegal, but i would like to make another one that is more unique but has the Mac-OS feel just like this forum...

A web teacher told me before that you can steal anything as long as you give credit... it can even be credit in the form of a comment in the source ( ). And yeah, Dreamweaver WAY better than FrontPage.

but using the rapidweaver apple theme is almost the exact same but totally different

I would suggest that you start reading up on basic CSS and XHTML. Here are some resources:
and of course, google it...
This may get you started, but you need to do some work on your part. Also check out the CSS Vault and look at some of the sites listed there. They will give you some inspiration and if you look at their style sheets and code, you will learn a bit more (but don't rip 'em off )

I use a combo of GoLive and Dreaweaver with other macromedia apps. GoLive has easy interface for drag and drop frames and FTP upload that are easy to understand and set up. Adobe Image ready CS now allows you to export animations in.SWF format that make iteasier to do complicated animations without dealing with a timeline and tweening.

Both programs are nice but If you really want to make it look like aqua-soft then download the wordpress theme. You can just search for it on the forums. It has basically every picture you need and other things you don't
offtopic: Adobe actually just recently bought macromedia so all you macromedia-heads will have to bow down down to adobe in instead of macromedia. if you don't believe me check this out

Honestly if you tried frontpage 2003, you'll see it is not crap anymore, its actually a pretty good xhtml editor.
what about oldschool?
learn (xhtml/php/...) and use a simpel editor (windows: the good old notepad.exe)

I only "hand code" my pages, really good php sites that are usefull, and not handcoded,
no way! You should learn PHP (HTML and CSS) and Ajax scripts with drag'n'drop..........
If you want W3C aproved HTML, you should use Nvu, it's part of the Mozilla Suite,
but you can download separately (I don't know, how powerfull, it is...)

If you want w3c approved html, validate it, look at the erros and fix them. Every page on my website validates as xhtml 1.0 strict (1.1 too, but strict is cooler) except for the front page, which only validates as trasitional (too many errors for me to fix without a whole day of work).
the CSS all validates too. If you stop and think for a bit, it's reall quite easy to do.
I use dreamweaver mx 2004, I couldn't be happier (unless the ftp thing would be less intermittent)
I use notepad, perfect for xhtml, except doctypes are a pain for me to remember.
Though there's always w3c's Amaya for the people with no money. (actually has svg support!)
I use a bit of the whole macromedia studio bundle, but coding in a simple editor is much better.
I'm using SciTe, it's perfect, for any kind of coding.

NVU is extremely useful for very simple web pages. Basically it is the epitome of WYSIWYG you basically have no control over everything except you can edit in source mode. It is a nice tool but so far there is no really good free open-source program that is a good website design program. But to get back on topic aqua-soft once aqain has very nice resources and there wordpress theme is available last time I checked.
my blog has a slight aqua design, (I'll post the link later - the Ajax based shoutbos included in my theme isn't working correctly - so wait a bit for it)
