I just got Trillian basic and iChat . My question is… I have found some minor things about iChat skins in Trillian Basic that I would like to know will be different if I go to Pro… e.g. splash screen is the same, task bar icon still looks like poo, etc.
If you have any info about this please do tell… I don’t want to spend 25$ if I don’t have to…

? Seriously, I don't see any reason why I would spend 25 bucks for a chat client while I can have almost everything with Miranda, from floating contact list to bubble style message. :P

Only spent 35$ myself.... in 4 years... and that was just for Stardock’s Object Desktop... other than that... like you said, not one cent!
Haven’t paid 4 Trillian yet... but I have thought about it... I will look into freeware options before I do though. I just know that iChat for Trillian 2.0 changed the splash and taskbar icon (according to screen shots).
