I don't have an answer for your solution, but I can say that I have the same problem with Window Task Manager and sometimes with Norton Internet Security 2005.

It's true, CMD doesn't seem to want to skin. I'm using Console for that, myself. Hope it helps? :)

I prefer it not skinned : it's bad with 0px border.

The solution is indeed actually quite simple. WindowBlinds has a specific checkbox setting for this.

Do this:

open WB config window---> click on 'User Overrides'----> in the 'Advanced Settings' area check the box that is titled "Skin Console Windows (UIS1 only)"

voila. CMD will now be skinned. Unfortunaley it is only the title bar - no scrollbar skinning.

I will release a CMD to Darwin mod in my upcoming addendum release for Flyakite OSX2 called PazlPack. Makes the command window look close to the OS X Terminal app. Look for the PazlPack in May.

cheers.
