Start menu alpha blended problem

Hi,

I've got a problem in skinning Start Menu. In the "Bottom Bar" part one part in the upper side should be not transparent, buty it is.

The problam area is marked in red.

I'd be very grateful for any hints on how to make it non-transparent.
