the background of miranda suxs = 
only this......i wanna make it transparent with 65% opacity.....
and the baackground wallapaper is not gd.
You have to disable Backgound picture in "TweakUI"-Settings and in "List Background"-Settings!
Your wallpaper has to be the same size, as your screen-resolution (1024 x 768 pixels)
For making the background of miranda transparent just type 65 where it sais 100 % Alpha.
Oh, and maybe change the text-color!

yeah i am ok , but , as i place my taskbar on the top, i found after i restart my pc , the wallapaper messed up again......how can i deal with iit
When your system didn't save the information that your taskbar was on top before, probably it didn't save the info, you used the resized wallpaper, neither!
So try apllying your resized wallpaper again!
