Who knows how it is possible to have a webcam option in Miranda?

I like to use it for MSN.

At the moment, it is not possible. Most webcam protocols are proprietary, so it is not so easy to write plugins for them. Technically, it should be possible, but developing such a thing will be time consuming and as far as I know, nobody is currently working on it.
