I would like to post on my desk the speed of upload and download, to know in real time the flow of the outgoing data and incoming

I would like a trick which is in the kind of what I already use as monitoring.

I could make it me same with a script desktopX LX, but the prog bugge when I try to make some or of in edit one... I thus seek a trick to .
