[Release] simple Aqua-ish template for IEView (Miranda)

Did this just for fun. It's a simple template with an aqua look, otherwise pretty minimalistic. Easy on the eyes, and resource friendly.

Yes, that was my fault. Attachements were only visible for registered users. I changed that a few minutes ago - now guests can view and download them.
