any1 know what makes those small screenshots (in the desktop) i usually see in desktop screenshots? i think its called TPICTURE? but i cant find it... TIA

Tpicture can't be publicly distributed, you should contact SAQLA (the author) and ask him for it, nobody's gonna give you the link for it, sorry buddy :(
