Roots .9 Skin

I am working on a milk skin for roots. I am looking for someone to finish what I started.

Here is a screenshot...

I think it looks okay, but does anyone want to finish it? I am not so hot with the graphics.

Also, does anyone know where to go, who to ask in order to get permission to release it?

I've already finished a milk skin for roots which has the bifferent button styles and everthing but I don't have good hosting yet. So I'm waiting for that and i'm also going release a lot of my completed skins once i get hosting and maby once 1.0 is released.
