the first [DL] link after you click "others" in the menu here is the moonphase desklet.

OR

... direct link is here (just putting both in case 1 doesn't work or somethin'.

its a .lzh file, winrar unpackable.

there's some nice stuff at those links, thanks ave.

this was a great discovery, and it is nice to see what others are doing with similar techology and putting it to use.

the next step will be to see how we can bridge this gap & put it to use, most indeed!!

#267936

Maybe it was one of the Japanese members we have here who made it?

And yes, the Japanese always gets the best before everyone else in the world do.

Edit: here's a small guide to those who wishes to use the calendars here:

If you want to use the calendar configurations, you will have to download the script file first. It is available just immediately below the section for downloading the R.S.S. feeds. There are two links - the first link downloads the script as well as the configuration file. Click on the first link, and extract the files to the SysStats folder in AveDesk as per normal.. The calendars below are actually skins, and you extract the files (which are the skin's images) to avedeskdockletsSysStatsimagesDTCal, overwriting the images in there.

Thanks. I never tried the others since it was on a separate bar which I thought was an ad. The whole things became much clearer after I installed the Japanese font pack. :)

Hello, I'm very surprised because I heard My "MoonPhase" Sysstats config was introduced here.

I'm very glad and proud.

That config is for Sysstatas 2.0.3 and Japanese Standard Time.

Now, I'm modifying to for Sysstats2.5.3

On that time I'm going to make English document. ( with my poor English :) )

Thank you AndreasV and judge. Your apps are so cool!

Really great widgets. Love the calendar and the functionality & simplicity of TabLauncher!

How does tablauncher work, and what does it do? I mean, I just don't understand it.

It is pretty simple. If you know Objectdock's tabfunction, then imagine tablauncher as one simple tab, which you can configure exactly the way you like it to be.

You create a new systat-object, and then you load either the top, bottom, left or right-tab-ini file, place it on your desktop, lock it and then you can configure exactly like you want it (I edited the .ini file directly and then loaded it afterwards). Then when you click on the tab, it slides down from the top (if you use the top.ini file) and back again after you started the defined application.

Play around with it - it is pretty easy once you started getting the hang of it.

Does anyone have a 'pre-packed' config they could make available for tablauncher - I really like the concept but just don't quite know where to start...

[edit] NM - worked it out. I should learn to spend at least 5 bl**dy minutes trying to understand it first before asking for help from everyone! Sorry guys... [/edit]
