[request] this uknown white icon

Hello! I would like to ask if anyone knows where this icon in the attached picture comes from (it's the white icon, that looks like a tiny cauch to me, may be I'm wrong).. I seen this in a screenshot on a Japanese site, I don't know the language, otherwise I would have asked the author...
