Xoops themes

Fantastic skin on this board...

For those of you who know xoops there is a dearth of good aqua skins for this portal, I have searched and searched and found two for xoops and one for e-xoops none of them that good, mainly becuase of the lack of icons and style...anyone know of anything I am missing .
