[Help] Editing Music

I just need some help finding the right music editor for me.

Anyway, I need to be able to do this:

Okay, I have one window open that has Just lose it karaoke in it.

I want to add in an other part/loop to it, which will be the normal Just Lose it.

Now I want to make them both 00:04:05:917. (Just correct the time of the original.

I want to merge them together but I want to have the original just loose it silent except a few bits (the ahahahahaha!!!!, the strange noises at the start, the guys saying "what?", the fart sound, etc)

Sorry if you dont under stand me...

Unfortunately, audio editing software is even pricier than graphic software. If I have an opportunity, I'll give your little project a shot; just don't count on it.

//edit: I could probably do teh rest myself if I can get teh two mp3's at teh same speed... if you could correct teh time of just lose it i could probably do the rest...
