I'm trying to speed up a few repetetive jobs I have to do on my mac - and have been looking into folder actions.
Now being a coder I have no idea how to code them.. so I'm wondering if anyone has or knows how to create a DropStuff folder that will let me drop files into a folder on the desktop (or dock) and it will stuff them and put the stuffed folder on my desktop.

converted to windows speak = drop stuff ot make a zip file? I bet theres a konfablator widget that can do this 
What a numbnuts - i just put Dropstuff on the dock - if you drop a file it stuffs it then closes down again - which is exactly what I need.... sigh ...must think before posting...

hey I wasn't talking about you - I meant I should have played around with dropstuff a bit more before wandering off into trying to work out action scripts...sorry man - no offence meant.
