Skinstudio and WindowBlinds pro's

I need some help Ive been to serveral sites and I havent found the information that I need.

Ive imported several vs and made then for windowblinds. As you no most vs doe not have shell styles so I decieded to get some graphics and do it myself. Well after putting everything I want their in skinstudio I save it but the shell style wont ever show,but if I open it up in skinstudio its their. Im not sure what to do. Do I need to editt more files or something? thanks for any hlep been working on this a while now.
