[Help] Miranda is driving me nuts!

OK, I give up. I have been trying (hopelessly) to make Miranda IM look the way I want, and after several failed attempts, I think it's time to call for help. Sorry if I sound like a complete "****" (don't eat me Seph), but I'm really new to this.

First, how do I make my Miranda Contact list to look like this?

Secondly, I'm having no luck with IEView, or with Pe8er's iChat bubbles mod. Help...?

Any help and further tips are appreciated.
