Overlapping

How can I prevent Object Bar from overlapping the title bar?

Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. If I minimize the window, and then remaximize it, everything it normal.

im having the same problem, im looking for a program i have downloaded before that lets you reserve some screen space so i can make that area reserved for object bar. anyone know what this app is called?
