[question] Apple wireless keyboards and mice

Does anyone know if you have to turn of the bluetooth

keyboard and mouse from apple after turning off the mac.

Im just wondering, cause I see when I shut my mini mac

down the lights on the keboard and mouse go out but will

it wear out the batteries if I just leave it ?

Technically the keyboard is still on if the little switch on the back is on, but if the light on the keyboard is out it won't drain the batteries.

Yeah there are switches. One on the bottom of the keyboard

and one on the bottom of the mouse. Thanks guys.
