Looks like an group installer for everything everyone already uses. Reading through the french version history page on his site, I can see he's included neXplorer, Y'z Shadow, WinRoll, Objectdock, etc, etc...
How well it works, or how much this guy's added to the mix on his own, is hard for me to tell mainly because my french is so damn rusty. 
-=edit=- Interesting, apparently he's got Kol's panther VS in there, along with the Flyakite pack. I wonder if he's gotten permission to redistribute all of this stuff.
Also, from what I can tell, the guy actively fixes stuff and translates alot of it into french too... so it might not just be a bundled installer.
Also, this guy's first link in his links page is to A-S. So, sooner or later, he'll probably see this thread.

it uses the old icons from jaguar... it looks like an icemans rip (sorry if im wrong), and it doesnt mod that much, it doesnt support sp1 sp2 home pro etc etc etc, like FaK does... the apps like dock and finder and shadows and other ehnacements should be searched separated, some1s like OD and OB others dont, or use VSs or WBs, or just want modds of their system (like me); but if you wanna give it a try... go on, i suggest the secon1 ^^
Flyakite is sure to be trustworthy. The other one i just don't know.

R:-It is no longer the case since WinOSX 2. Now the software works on any Windows XP version, in any language.
Is WinOSX working on non-french systems ?
R:-Yes it is, since WinOSX 2 is independant of the system language. Hovewer some very advanced mods are only available to french, due to some limitations of Windows (but you won't notice it if you don't use french)
The english translation of WinOSX is complete, but for other languages I used english when I needed to translate some texts. You can improve WinOSX by translating this remaining items to you own language, have a look to the WinOSXdatalanguages folder. And by the way, the english version of this help manual is very incomplete, you can help here to !
I'm using a multi-users computer, with different Windows sessions on it. Will WinOSX modify other users' sessions ?
R:-Only 2 components have an impact on the whole computer : the system files, which change all windows icons, and the association of Nexplorer (the finder clone) to the folders. When you are asked the components to install, these components are marked as "(ALL SESSIONS !)". Everything else will only affect your session.
