I would search here for "Styler" unless you already use WindowBlinds.
For MSStyles, look up susumu and go to his deviantART gallery for plenty of ports (with toolbars for Styler).
For WindowBlinds, search here for all threads started by Bzeitler.

Yeah, as above, you need to watch out for a staff member called Unbeliever. He will skin you alive, so run--run while you can. In the mean time, just look around at the pinned topics for good info.
Unbe isn't that bad ... let me think , yes he is let's imagine if everybody post a " I'm new here " thread , I know you're excited to be new in this community but let that not take over you and open such threads like this

Yikes. I doubt he's that bad....otherwise he wouldn't be staff. Anyway, I read the pinned topics, but it doesn't say anything about starting threads asking for information about the site...so I don't think Unbe can really do anything unless he considers a **** trying to aquaint himself with the board spam....
I think I know the defenition of spam pretty well. I'm community team at IFSkinzone, a pretty big forum...as in 1,116,903 posts and 58,195 registered members. So I think right now I'm not breaking any rules. I read the TOS and pinned topics...so...

@Robert--Don't get the impression that Unbe is a ne3wb-eating devil. He's not. These people are playing around, which they probably shouldn't do when Unbe isn't here to defend himself. He just dislikes new members posting useless threads. Though I'm not sure if this is technically breaking the rules, I would search around a bit. The staff generally dislikes threads like these.

Regarding the thread,
Firstly, thank you for reading the rules, if you have, you must be one of the very few. Secondly, it is not against the rules to post such threads, but its just not a trend, think about it, if every new person came in to post such a thread, this would be welcome-soft, a great online repository of "hi im here" threads
I recommend you go through the pinned threads, there are some very good guides, take your time to read and read, its not lurking, its getting the hang of it

1. The worst thing unbeliever can do is write a news post about you. Be afraid of the mods; newsposters are Junior Staff.
2. These threads are OK if you ask a specific question. Just saying "can you give me some links" is too generic. The best thing to do is to search the forum for what you want, and if you can't find it, post specifically what you're looking for (e.g. the theme, icon, whatever).
