Aqua-Soft Forumshi. i want to configure the label for the scrolling ani weather docklet to show 'now', 'later' or 'tomorrow', accordingly. so, i right-click on the docklet and select label. '%s' is good. but the drop-down for 'meter' does not have a 'when' entry.
so, while it's possible that through ignorance i'm making this more complicated than need be, here's what i think: i need a script that will query the docklet's state and return a value of 'now', 'later' or 'tomorrow'. i can then add a new meter calling that script. that new meter will now show up in the label drop-down. does that sound right? and if so, can someone write the freakin' script for me, please? and if not, can someone smartenize me?
