Runasoft is a longtime member of Aqua-Soft and he released the program here a few weeks ago. Do a search in these forums!

To answer your question, Runasoft is a completely legitimate company and I do have a tax id and DBA in order to do business as Runasoft. All credit card payments are processed via Paypal which is secure.
I noticed that you already purchased iTunes Skin Manager today and I would like to thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately, you will have to wait until tomorrow to receive your registration key as I am currently out of town and the registration processing system went down unexpectedly. I will be back tomorrow night and I will send off your registration key then.
