The best I can translate this to is. "I apologize to you for those ports of Shinobi. I didn't want to permit Kol and Susumu to port Shinobi but I made an exception for one person so now I have to make an exception for everyone." On his site he doesn't seem too happy that they ported it so soon.

I don't know if that is a yes or a no.

What do you think? Should I go through with it? I'd make this a poll but it doesn't look like I can.

Well, it's not as bad now as the flat out NO that I got when I asked about DSX before (he reluctantly allowed me to later). Well.. what do you think?

Smoke you were granted permission to port Izawa'z themes long time ago so i say you go right ahead as you are his themer for xp anyway way before anyone else.

Ok I got another e-mail from Takashi:

"By the way, I want to change it about a release way of a ported theme.

You can release the theme anywhere in addition to your site.

It is to remove a restriction.
