@ Unbeliever, those icons are in all formats, just open them with a prog like Axialis Icon Workshop and save the size you want.

Stardock: IconPackager : Icons & Cursor (left button) --->File Type (above button)

---> Add Format--->If you don't see it on the list use Add or New

Place all your custom icons (ico's) in one folder so that it knows where to look. I create a folder in Windows Folder---->System32 Folder--->Custom Icons ICOs

This way it is always within the system

how do I make each file type to have its own icon? like mp3 and wma to have different icon. problem with associating all the music files with qcd is that all those files will have the same icon for any file types. anyone know any solution ?

QCD has an icon manager. you can add extentions and set the icon for them as well. WORKS GREAT!
