You could try iTunes skin creator by Runasoft - http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=22487
It lets you skin all iTunes interface elements, including Burn animation.
It can be skinned, iTunes_243 in C:Program FilesiTunesSkinsDeveloper TemplateExtended is the template for it.
I think multiplugin also lets you completely skin iTunes, am I right? Keep it up susumu, looking great so far

Excuse me, but the skins are released with every single image that you have edited. If you edit the burn animation then it will be included in the skin.

I think Runasoft did a great job with the skin manager, the only reason I use Multi-Plugin instead, is Multi-Plugins other uses (i.e. Titlebar skinning left side controls and Samurize).
Lets hope Apple make the background image a non palleted image for the next update
