[Help] Weird CSS Positioning Bug

Hello CSSGuru-softians!

Ever since i coded my site, i have had this little bug with the positioning of the sidebar. Sometimes, when the site is loaded with firefox or safari (mostly firefox -win and mac-) the sidebar loads on top of my master image instead of under it as it should.

This doesnt seem to happen with IE ( my god, there is something good about that browser :P )

Well, anyways, let me show you how it looks...

www.seph.ws/ul/bug.jpg or try it yourself at www.seph.ws

When this thing happens, a simple command+r or F5 will fix it.

I have tried everything i can think of, (yes, that includes clear:both)

Any views on what could be causing this?

Thank you guys...

I think I know why...

I'm at school so my connection is slow...and I can see something...

During the load it is on the top, after the loading of your site is finally finished, it goes down. Maybe your browser just froze and didn't remember to load the rest. :slant: because you say it works on a refresh...

Well, it does tell me "Done"

It doesnt happen always, the best way that i can replicate it (And how i did it for the ss) is ctrl+F5, when i do that on firefox (windows command, obviously) it always comes out on top, then a normal refresh fixes it.
