Aqua-Soft ForumsRight now, it's only about a quarter of my screen, and I can only view 14 items at a time. I can't for the life of me, figure out how to make the thin full screen so I can view more items. Is this possible even?

no. Sorry.
The reason is that this is not actually iTunes, but just QCD, it is just a skin. Because of that, the brushed texture would get messed up resizing it. You would need an actual app that had an engine and the right texture to make it look smooth. I run 16x12 resolution and that is my biggest complaint also. Sorry.
