[help] Whats the difference between WinFX and YzShadow??

Hi Aquas,

maybe somebody can explain me, what`s the difference between "Stardock WinFX" and "YzShadow"....?

I use YzShadow but i know that many peoples here using WinFX. But what are the better functions of WInFx?

And what`s the latest WinFX Version out there? Stardock Central shows me a version from the year 2002? Is that right??

I hope somebody can give me some tips....

Yz shadow just implements the shadow around all windows and the taskbar, if I am not mistaken, winfx will also do that, but aslo has the ability to do other things as well. (window transparency, etc)

winfx shadow uses BMP's, and yz dosnt.. I think...

I use winfx, I htink thats the best one, becouse u can make the shadow 1:1.. and use it to smoothen the corners on the windows if u know how.. I make my own shadows.. 1 shadow for each skin, so I can get the smoothest corners, and best shadows...
