There is no direct Safari for windows, there were some safari ports (that werent that functional), but perhaps what you're looking for is SafariFox. Download the latest Firefox then go to Hill's site and DL the safari skin Here...FOLLOW ZEH INSTRUCTIONS

It's not the greatest but, you'll have it.
it's only alpha and it's based on internet explorer's engine. apple did not release safari for windows. the best thing you can do is to make firefox look like safari using aquarius's mod and hill's mod. works for me.
There was also one called Savanna w while ago. That was excellent. Only thing I coudl say was bad about it was that sometimes the letter t woudl stop working and sometimes it wont let you add bookmarks. Otherwise firefox with a skin is the way to go. Do a search on the forums.
I remember Savanna, quite a few ports are still up on osx-e.com last time I checked.
Does anyone know if Savanna (or similar clones) run on the same engine as Safari? I don't have access to a Mac but would like to use Safari for web software testing (seeing as the number of Mac users is increasing out there... 
).

These days using a Safari skin for Firefox is the way to go really...

Guys, FireFox is still the best for both OS's. Safari slows down when you'r scrolling websites and it IS very annoying :/

No, it doesn't. You must have messed up your Mac. I've scrolled a huge page in Safari on my friend's iBook with 256 MB of memory...no problems. I scroll huge docs on my PowerBook with no problem.

Same, safari is *very* responsive, I can have 20tabs open and it doesnt slow down at all...its only fault is not displaying certain pages properly..then i'll use firefox...otherwise Safari is my main browser.
My only issue with Safari is that it is based on KDE's KHTML rendering engine. Which blows in my opinion.
Not exactly the worlds most W3C compliant browser, but what did you expect.
I only use FireFox on my Mac... got rid of Safari and IE all together.
I've not had any real response issue with Safari though when I did use it.
It just rendered my sites pages incorrectly, which btw are coded to meet W3C HTML 4.01 Transitional standards.
It never renders any sites wrong for me, except sites built for IE [renders right, but it was built to wrong code that renders right in IE]...
If you website rendered badly on FireFox, it should be your responsible to fix it up because it's not only you don't use FireFox, a lot of other like me love FireFox. My site looks messed up on IE6, IE6 is bad at CSS at the moment but it looks perfect on FireFox with PC and Mac.

What are you TALKING about. My website renders perfectly in Firefox and Safari...if ****s up in IE, so I used some PHP code to put a huge banner image on my site [only in IE]...courtesy of kgraphik

Safari's responsive for me even when I'm browsing over 50-75 sites at once.
If you get laggy scrolling, you don't have:
a) A fast enough GPU
or (more likely)
Enough RAM.
Plus Firefox has messed up scroll-wheeling (either too slow or super fast), doesn't use readily available UI Elements (not even progress bars!) meaning that it 'breaks' themes and its download window is extremely laggy, visually.
..And then you have the Winnie-like buttons in forms.. Eeeyech.

Additional: And I recommend more sites to not-support IE. If enough people bloody tell IE users to switch, they might do the world good and actually do it.
