[question] Can Garage Band files be exported into the Quick Time format?

Hello,

I know how to save/export a Garage Band file into iTunes, but is it possible to take a Garage Band file and turn it into a midi or Quick Time file? If so, could someone pelase tell me how could I go about doing it?
