Looking for an old Timan msstyle

I can't remember the name but he made a wallpaper for it in differemt colors. The wallpaper had a large smilie in the middle and the style itself reminded me of a KDE/Linux window decoration (not Crystal). I know I'm not giving you guys much to go on but thanks.
