[idea] Binding Box

As you guys know on OS X when you maximize a window it maximizes in such a way that you can still see the dock and everything else you need to see... Any developer wants to give a "binding box" a try? basiclly what it should do is make a few invisible guides on the desktop for the windows to snap to, so when a window is maximized it just snaps to the guides...
