I need something that doesnt get all scratchy when I listen to
something with lots of bass super loud.
Also it would be cool if they were white but they dont have to be.

Thats kinda funny, considering that ipods are known for having poor sound quality as a player.
i'd also recommend sennheiser, they should have decent headphones in that price range (depends on your location though).

Yea its a lot more expensive (thats what I tought) But man when you hear with em the sound is so deep and rich!

Some Shure E2c should do the trick nicely. I didnt like the Sony & Apple in-ear headphones for sound, too much bass, not enough mid and treble.

I could find some £50-60 Shures on ebay, brand new when I brough my pair.
Go get some Sennheiser HD-200's..
I just bought a pair yesterday.. and i love em!.. They are really comfortable, and you can wear them for hours.
They have GREAT sound.. Killer bass, and really clear sound.
I listen to alot of rap music, and they are perfect for this.
And they look hella stylish too..
They are closed-backs, and that means that no sound from the outside gets in, and no sound gets out, so people around you doesn't get disturbed.
Dunno if you can get them for $50 tho' ..
