Just purchased a G4 Mac WHOOOO!! My first mac since the old old old ver. of mac (ie. the first Mac ever created, no not the apple ones). I'm soo excited I thought I'd waste some space on this MB to tell everyone. Should see it in a few days.
Now comes the fun part and get it to work with my pc monitor and to get my pc and mac to use the same keyboard

If I'm not mistaken, your PC monitor should work with that. I'm not sure with your keyboard because a Mac would have different key combinations (I'm hoping the ALT key would be treated as the APPLE key).
I suggest you max out the RAM before considering to run OS X.

Based on what you have, you would be able to upgrade your CPU and your graphics card and you'll have a REAL good mac
