[help] Why won't WindowFX upgrade from 2.11 to 2.12?

For some reason WindowFX won't upgrade to 2.12. I'll un install 2.11 and install 2.12 and it will still say it's 2.11.

Doesn't 2.12 have more features, like taskbar shadowing? I would like to have that feature but I don't know what to do!

I'd appreciate any and all help!

Hey...I didn't know WindowFX could skin the taskbar?

I thought it only could skin the taskbar if it was replaced with Objectbar?

If you are installing through Stardock Central uninstall the other version first.

my windowfx was downloaded from Stardock Central,I uninstall 2.11 then install 2.12,but it's still 2.11 too~

This is a common problem. Install the updated version somewhere else, another directory. Now copy the wfxload.exe or whatever the .exe is from this new directory into your old windowsfx folder. Start the program, and it will be the newer version.
