[HELP] Longhorn Winamp Skin-N-Progress???

Yeah just wondering if anyone knows this person who was working on the AWESOME Longhorn Skin for Winamp alone (I know that if I use Avedesk I can have thirty skins that look this good)? Or if this is still going to be released sometime.............I know people at DA were lovin' it so I thought I'd check...
