apple+shift+3, takes it in pdf format and drops it on your desktop

then open the pdf using preview and go to file>export (choose your desired extension) and voila!

Ok, regardless of what night animals are flying in your room, you people need to keep in mind this:

1. Apple computers DO come with a ~searchable~ built-in help function
