[help] Can't update my iPod :[

Downloade the new iPod software and installed it, restarted the computer and the the iPod updater tells me: "iPod service error".

What to do?? please help..

Have you tried a soft reset? that usually fixes everything...

(connect to the power supply (not your usb or FW conenction), move the hold button to on and then off again, then proceed to press the menu and the center button at the same time and hold till you see an apple on the screen. Restart and try again)

did that.. still no good

and for a long time, iTunes says that the software for the iPod is not installed and that I should install itunes again, then I installed it again and it didn't work again..

it must be the same problem

but now I have to find a software that deletes files 'cus my comp. tells me that he con't delete the 'bin' folder in the iPod directory.. any suggestions??
